First, the wipers do not park all the way down when off and second, the control switch works only now and then. Sometimes I have to switch the wiper control to high in order to get them started. Sometimes the control switch works correctly. ?????

there is a circuit board bolted on the wiper motor that usually fries. this usually causes intermittent operation. next time they act up just tap on the board on the motor and see if it works. you can just but the circuit board from gm but i think its about the same price as a remanufactured motor and board assembly.
