acts like the fuel problems, fuel pump pressure is 11 pounds, tank is full, wondering what else to look for

11 # fuelpressure is way way too low. If that is an accurate reading you are lucky the truck even starts. Should have at least 40 ps1 or so. You might consider changing the fuel pump and filter.
