Glove compartment relays removal

I cannot disconnect any of the relays in the glove box. Help.. Clicking noise. Rough idle up and down. Engine light flashing. Sputtering drive. Help please. They will not come out no matter what I've attempted.

The flashing engine light indicates a cylinder misfire. Have you scanned the computer for diagnostic trouble codes? Also, the idle issue could be related to a few things. We need to pull codes to see what is happening. Here is a quick video showing how it is done:

I realize most people don't own a scanner, but most parts stores will do it for free or lend/rent you a scanner.

As far as the relays, I attached a picture of the fuse/relay box in the vehicle. Does that look like the one you have? Also, the relays should just pull straight out.
