Grinding/whining sound when driving

There's a grinding/whining sound when I start to drive, I have video.

Thanks for attaching a video but there may have been an issue with attaching it because we only got a couple seconds, but I didn't hear the noise.

However, is this noise only when the vehicle is moving?

If that is the case the most likely issue is a bearing, but we need to run through these guides to see if any of these issues match up with what you are seeing:

Also, the next likely thing would be a tire issue, so we need to check the tires and find out if they are cupped or worn improperly.

I am attaching the chart below that will help with checking the tires.
