Getting to the back left side or the number four spark plugs

I have tried and tried to get the spark plugs and out of the number four cylinder and cannot. Is there any tips or a special way to get to this spark plug. I used extensions and it seems like I cannot get the tool to turn the plug to get it out. Any help would be great.

Good morning.

Are you having trouble breaking it loose or getting on the plug itself?

Did you remove everything in the way of accessing the plug? I remove as much as I can to get back there since it is so tight.
