I have been experiencing my car getting hot, the radiator is not leaking that I can find. There is no light coming on the dash to tell me to service the engine. But it is hot , if it is a temperature switch then a light should come on. I think only one fan is working. I am not sure if it is working all the time or not. So I am not sure what to check from here. There are no codes.

If there is no leak, and the service engine light is not on, then I would start with replacing the thermostat. A failed thermostat can cause the car to overheat (because coolant cannot circulate as necessary). Here are some informational guides:

How thermostats work: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-an-engine-thermostat-works

How to replace a thermostat: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-thermostat

And here's a youtube video specific to your car: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVKEAeZbodw

Try that and let us know what happens. We will go from there.
