Getting different DTC codes all the time

I have been working on this focus for a while. Let see if any of you have heard this one .This car started out a couple of years ago with PO302 and P2274 but lately the codes that have popped up are PO204 PO351 P2004 was the latest one now I go out with my scanner and now the DTC PO300 and PO302 and the P2004 is gone that what its been doing I won't scan it for a few days and then pops up new one. Has any one heard of this could it possibly be the PCM? Please help

P0300 is a code for random misfire, P0302 is a code for misfire No2 cylinder. P2004 intake manifold runner problem, start with the misfire codes, check for vacuum leaks and tunje problems, start here.
