Unable to get replacement wiper motors

I am unable to get replacement wiper motors for my c5. Can only get one of them.They say it is on back order but people are saying there are none to be had. Any advice?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I'm not sure where you are located, but I am in the US. I did a quick check and found several online. Have you done a search online? Also, the wiper motor is electric and most likely could be rebuilt. I have no technical on this vehicle because it isn't offered in the US. However, I've never seen a motor that couldn't be rebuilt.

Many thanks for quick reply. I am in Glasgow, Scotland and there are none to be had in UK.
I have found out there are several people in same boat. IE, can't get these replacements, two motors in C5, Will have to scrap if I don't find. Really sick of it. Thanks guys. Regards, Tommy

Tommy, I checked on a very well known online auction site (ebay) and I found two. See if they will send them for you.

If you get me a part number, I will try to check here, too. Not a great chance of finding one, but it won't hurt to try.
