1995 Geo Tracker trouble shifting

this doesn't want to shift gears. i have to shift more with timing than clutch. the clutch is only a year old. i can't seem to find the clutch master cylendar to check the fluid level. does it not have one? if not what else could the problem be?

The 1995 trackers have a clutch cable system, not hydraulic.
