1995 Geo Tracker No marker,tail, stop, license plate lights

I have no back side marker, tail , stop and license plate lights. I have checked all the fuses and they are OK.
Has any had this problem ?

Check splice S215 ( Main harness, behind I/P left of steering column this is where the front and rear lights splits up )
