WE JUST BOUGHT THIS THE LIGHT WAS ON AT TIME OF PURCHAS BUT IT RUNS GREAT DISCONCTED BATT AND RESET COMP BUT LIGHT STILL ON I HAVE THE NEW TYPE SCAN TOOL BUT IT WONT PLUG IN I KNOW YEARS AGO YOU COULD JUMP TO PIN ON THE ALD CONCTOR UNDER DASH AND GM WOULD FLASH THE CODES HOW CAN I GET THE CODES OUT OF THIS I HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE BUSSINES TO LONG I GUESS

The MIL cancel switch is located behind the instrument panel, attached to the instrument panel next to the speaker.
This comes on at intervals of 50,000, there may not be a problem. Switch it to off and drive it.
