1992 Geo Tracker 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My Traker will stop anytime when i mash on the gas . So my question is -Can the fuel pressrue regulator cut the engine off and start back up?

I recommend you check the fuel pressure with and w/o vacuum to the pressure regulator with a fuel pressure gauge.
