1992 Geo Tracker 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have no power at my fuel injector. I checked the fuses and they are ok. I checked the voltage that the computer, injector and it was 1.6 volts.Is that the correct volts for a injector.

need to check resistance across the fuel injector terminals. the ohms should only be 1-2 , anything else then injector needs replaced.
