1990 Geo Tracker water leaking out of exhaust-radiator stro

My geo has water leaking out of the exhaust and a strong vacuum leak in the radiator. I replaced the
head gasket and I had the head tested and resurfaced but it still does the same thing. Does anyone have any
ideas what could be causing this?

The block could be cracked or an intake leak
