The car will turn over but not start. I can hear the fuel pump turn on and the battery is fine. What could it be.

Ok, first, the Storm stopped production in 93. First check for spark, pull a plug and insert a screwdriver or spark checker if you have one, hold the screwdriver close to a ground, ie, engine metal part, have some one turn the engine overand check for fire. Or you can try a blast of starting fluid in the intake, if it fires you have a fuel problem, if not probably a fire problem, in that case pull the module under the cap and have it tesrted.
