1991 Geo Storm 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

We have taken the fuel pump off and tested it and it works fine, but when we hook it back up it is not getting power. I have not replaced the relay yet. I was wondering if there is a sensor that would cause this to happen?

In short, no, try a new relay.
