Remove belt, use Brake Clean to clean the surface of all pulleys, if belt shows signs of age, replace it.

Look for any contaminants near the pulleys, such as oil, coolant and repair if needed.

If squeak continues after all this, then the tensioner or idler pulley may need to be replaced.
