1996 Geo Prizm serpantine belt replacement / alternator pul

hi, i am trying ot replace this belt. i read on line the tensioner 3/8 bolt is to be turned clockwise to loosen for belt install, but cant find where this is.
then i read loosen the laternator and push towards engine center and it doesnt move.
i jsut need ot know where to bring the altenator pulley closer for belt install

Loosen bracket bolt, then adjusting bolt, remove connections, adjusting bolt and bracket bolt.
