1996 Geo Prizm heat

I have changed thermostat and had cooling system flushed but still have little to no heat. What could be left to check?

Locate heater core on firewall, there are two hoses connected. With hot engine check upper and lower hose with hand (use gloves). If upper is hot and lower is warm/cool then the heater core is blocked.

If both warm/cold, then thermostat/waterpump.

If both hot, then blower, diverter, blend door.
