CAN THE HEADLIGHTS AND RADIO STILL WORK IF THE BATTERY IS LOW .BECAUSE THE CAR WON'T START, BUT THE LIGHTS COME ON....

Hi there,

They will be very dull (lights) and radio will shut off if the battery is low and you try to crank, if the lights stay bright, the starter system is faulty.
