Engine Cooling problem
1992 Geo Prizm 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my antifreeze has a milky look to it but the oil does not and engine is surgeing also did a compression test on it 2 cylinders were at 150 and the other 2 were 180

While compression is withing range, you most likely have a small failure in headgasket, which will not get better.

If it gets worse and coolant gets into oil, you can lose the engine main bearings.
