In the past week I have noticed the odor of gas outside my car from the driver's side door to the front of the car. Periodically I smell it inside the car but not often. There is no leak at the front or back of the car. Looking at your answers I will be having the fuel injectors/hoses/etc. Checked. However, I may need to wait a bit due to money. How much would it cost to have the parts you mentioned replaced, how long is it okay to wait, and what would be a signal to get the car in immediately? If I wait is it okay to drive it a couple of times a week? Thanks for the help.

It is NEVER a good idea to drive a car when you smell gasoline.
Inspect the injector seals, fuel rail, cold start valve connection, supply hose, return hose (under fuel pressure regulator), fuel filter connections.
Also check charcoal cannister for fuel.

Inspect vacuum line to fuel pressure regulator, if gasoline is present, then the FPR diaphram is ruptured and the FRP should be replaced.
