There is no "shut off", unless you pull the fuel pump fuse.
Disconnect negative battery, mark and disconnect injector electrical connections and fuel pressure regulator vacuum and return line. Disconnect cold start valve from manifold, do not lose copper washers. Pull PCV valve line and anything else in the way.
Injector rail is held in place with two 10mm bolts. Remove bolts and pull fuel rail and injectors from head. Replace seals on both ends of each injector. Put a dab of grease on seals that go into head to facilitate installation.
