air bag light on ,after replaced driver and passenger air bag

You should have stored trouble codes in your vehicles computer. By accessing these codes you may find another component of the airag system failed. An example of another component that may cause this warning is the Sensing/diagnostic control unit which monitors the Airbag system, this also contains a crash sensor that can fail as well. Also remember to erase your trouble codes after each repair. This can be done with a code reader or by disconnecting the battery for 10-15 mins. This will case a "hard reset" of the vehicles computers.
