THE CAR STARTS AND RUNS FINE. IF YOU SHUT OFF FOR A SHORT PERIOD (5 MINS) IT WILL RESTART. BUT IF YOU WAIT 15MINS OR MORE, IT WILL NOT RESTART UNTIL THE ENGINE HAS COMPLETELY COOLED DOWN. IT WILL ONLY RESTART WHEN HOT OR COMPLETELY COLD.

i had almost the exact same problem. it was the fuel injector which was an easy fix.
