1997 Geo Metro won't fire

Electrical problem
1997 Geo Metro 4 cyl

Car died while driving. Found wires worn through in harness by belts. Spliced them back together. Still no spark. Took the coil in to be tested. It's operating within proper range. Still not firing. Could it be the ignition module?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
