More information on issue: The hazard lights work front and rear and the lights flash inside the car. But I have no turning signal front or rear and no turning signal lights inside the car. I have already changed the flasher.

check the fuse for the signals. if OK and flasher is good too then check wiring. if wiring OK then suspect faulty signal switch
