everytime i make a turn, i hear a clicking noise what is the problem?

Hello,

When a CV shaft goes bad it will make clicking noise when turning.

Typically the CV boot will leak out all the grease and let in dirt and debris. When that happens it will start making the clicking noise.
Check the CV boot for any leak.
When a CV boot leaks you will have grease all over the suspension components. Depending on the condition of the shaft you might just be able to replace the boot and it will fix the issue.
If the shaft sustained damage then you will have to replace the complete shaft
