gears not working

hi, i have a nissan serena 2005 (2.0 16V 4X4 (140 AG). i set the car in reverse while still
rolling forward then a popping sound and after that the car does not go in gear.
it makes a grinding sound when engine is running...."

have a trans guy look at this you may have broken a sun gear or something internally
