Gearbox reconditioning

Hi, I have been quoted a price of 900 euro to have my gearbox reconditioned, which includes labor and also a car to drive for the time the repair takes, I was just wondering can anyone tell me if this price seems fair? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to 2CarPros. Here in the US an automatic transmission rebuild normally runs between $1,200.00 and $2,500.00. As such I would say the quote you have is a pretty good deal. What length of warranty do you get?
