Gearbox problems

Hi, got a gearbox but when i drive it is fine when i stop get stuck in gear and would not come out. First got stuck in second and i opened the box set it to neutral put back the box and got stuck in first gear.

I am assuming you have already checked the fluid level as It may be sticking due to low fluid. if not that then see picture as it may be worn out in areas pointed out in picture or pins holding forks have broken or forks/syncros are worn out.
