While driving when putting the gear box in driving the car vibrates

When I put a gear it goes in. well now the problem is when I start driving the car it just vibrates when I put in first gear or reverse. that's all. please help

Can you tell is the engine is misfiring when you put the car into gear or is it running okay but vibrating? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
