Gearbox problem

When I start the car in the morning and shift the gear to drive position,it doesn't move until the engine gets really hot then it moves slowly until it drives normal.

It sounds like the filter in the transmission is clogged with dirt and debris.

I would suggest changing the fluid and filter first.
