gear slipping?

2003 ACURA TL

after car is warmed up and driving notice that as it seems to shift gears that it slips as when accelerating. is this the transmission? or something else?

check the transmission fluid first. If it has a dipstick as it may not. if low it can cause this or do a transmission fluid change, but if dark brown or black fluid it is probably going to need a rebuild.
