Gear selection failure

My vehicle is an automatic, and does not change gears at all. I have replace gear box oil/transmission oil and oil filter. It still does the same thing, does not change gears. I need help.

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. Does it go into any gear and move but doesn't shift on it's own or does it do nothing regardless of where you put the selector? If it's the first option it is likely something in the control systems. If it's the latter it's most likely a mechanical problem inside the transmission, either a pump issue or a bad converter assembly.
