Gauges, dash lights, wipers, turn signal not working?

All the above stated is not working, it’ll work sometimes at night but then the radio stops working. What could this be?

It is common for the IPM (interrogated power module) to go out which will cause the issues you are having. It is easy to replace because it-self learns, here is the location of the part and instructions on how to swap it out. Check out the images (below).
