Everything works when I turn the key, but when I start the vehicle the windows and some of the gauges stop working.

Hi,

That sounds like an issue with the ignition switch. When this happens, try to gently wiggle the ignition key back and forth slightly to see if things start working.

Let me know.

I went through the power distribution schematics as well as the window schematic. Nothing is making sense. The only thing I can think of is the body control module is failing. There are two separate circuit breakers for (Left/right) windows that aren't associated with the gauges. Are these the only two things that are affected?

What I'm questioning that ties them together would be the body control module. Do me a favor. The body control module is under the left side of the dash. See pic below. Make sure nothing is loose or damaged where the connector is located. If you want to remove the connector to confirm the pins are okay, disconnect the battery first. Then reconnect the battery after the BCM has been reconnected.

Let me know.

So, I replaced the ignition switch that wasn't it. I haven't checked the module yet but the gauges for battery, temperature, fuel, oil pressure don't work, the two windows the cruise and trip meter, mirrors. The radio and speedometer and tachometer work.

Hi,

Thank you for the update. If you replaced the switch and there is no change, I have a feeling it is related to the body control module.

Start by checking the connector and connector pins. Make sure there is no damage or corrosion causing issues.

Let me know.
