The temperature gauge in the car isn't working and the oil pressure gauge keeps dropping while the car is in park. we don't know why.

Have you checked the coolant temperature sensor? It may be bad. As far as the oil pressure gauge dropping, how low does it get? Is there ever any noise from the engine when it drops low?
