Fuel gauge, temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, and battery are not working

The speedometer and tachometer are still working. All the lights that should come on still come on. I checked the fuses and got really confused. the top for the fuse box under the hood doesn’t even match up with the fuse panel. It’s also missing half the fuses and relays as well. I got under my dash and checked them out a little bit but not much. I just need to where I should start solving this problem at.

Hello, I'm Danny.

The first fuses you want to check that controls the instrument cluster illumination are fuses #13,15, and 18. Here is a fuse checking tutorial:
