Gauge problem, dash clock, dome light out

I was installing a car radio, some vehicle does not requiere to connected a ground wire, but when I put the radio in the dash I forgot to tape to cover the ground wire then when I turn the ignition to acc everything gone dash clock dissapear, velocimeter not working transmission doesn't change the speed I checked all the fuses and is fine I would like to know how I checked that's problem
