gauge problem,dash clock,dome light out

I was installing a car radio, some vehicle does not requiere to connected a ground wire, but when i put the radio in the dash i forgot to tape to cover the ground wire then when i turn the ignition to acc everything gone dash clock dissapear,velocimeter not working transmission doesn't change the speed i checked all the fuses and is fine i would like to know how i checked that's problem

What did you wire the radio power and the memory terminals too?

sorry is was some fuses i checked carefully with the test light then i replaced
