That can't happen in a single cd player. You might be able to stuff a second one in there, but there's no way it could play because the spindle motor is on the bottom and there's a small plastic disc that has to ride on the top. I suspect you have a multi-disc player and the first two discs are in their slots. First visit the dealer and have a salesman take a peek at it. They are very familiar with the various optional equipment. If they verify it really is a single-disc unit, check if there is still a tv repair shop in your area. Ask if they do car radio repair and if they can take the unit apart to get the discs out. If there's no tv shop, look for one that specializes in home and car stereo sales and installations. They will be able to offer some alternatives to the really high-priced repair shops the dealers have to go through.
