The gauge cluster warning lights dim but stay on after key is removed from ignition. Also radio can be turned on after key is removed. I have tried disconecting central control modle radio can still be turned on; ofcourse the cluster lights go off. Will everything reconected I can ground the black wire at the igntion switch with my test light and the warning indicators go out until the switch is turned on then off again but even still the radio can still be turned on even while black wire is being grounded at switch.

What if you open then close the driver door?
Then arm the vehicle? Can you still operate the radio? The radio can still work after you remove the vehicle until you get out of the vehicle and lock the doors.
