STOP! First; get new "friends". Second, remove the gas tank, drain it, then have it steam-cleaned at a radiator repair shop. Sugar will clog the HUGE passages in carburetors, and it will surely clog the extremely fine screens in injectors.

It will probably run for up to a minute or two. Don't turn a bad problem into one that will cost more than the truck is worth.

Depends on how much of the work you do yourself, how many brittle plastic fittings on the fuel pump assembly you break, and how much the radiator repair shop charges.

You insisted on doing a lot more damage after I told you what would happen. Now you'll need a set of rebuilt injectors, a fuel filter, and a fuel strainer inside the tank. To be safe, you'll want to replace the pump assembly too. All the fuel lines will need to be flushed and dried. You were really lucky to know about this before you started the engine, but that ship has sailed;... Well;... Sank.
