Gas pedal stuck to the floor after cleaning the throttle body?

I was cleaning my throttle body and now the gas pedal is stuck to the floor, when i turn the car on, it accelerates by itself.

Hi,

The accelerator pedal doesn't use a cable on this vehicle. It is an APP sensor. Nothing should have caused it to be stuck to the floor by servicing the throttle body.

Have you tried to pull it up manually? Could something be stuck forcing it to the floor?
