About two weeks ago I noticed a gas leak when car is being filled. Anything over 3/4 tank leaks out. Nothing new had similar issue with other vehicles.
The question I have is about a week after I noticed the leak, the car had to turn over a lot in the morning before it would start. Almost like it had no gas in the line. Is it a pressurized system that would cause this? Only after leak did car start having problems starting in the morning.

check for a leaking fuel line or maybe a small hole in top of tank causing the problem . You can check fuel pressure as well see if there is any if very low or none it may be a bad pump or a leaking line/filter. See link.
