Gas filler hose, I can see gas where hose goes into tank?

I have seen all the comments about fuel filler hose but I'm seeing gas where hose goes into tank.
It looks like rubber ring or something, any ideas?

Hi,

At the tank, the rubber hose should slide over an inlet and then be clamped in place. Is that what you are seeing?

Take a look at the pic below and let me know if you see where it is leaking from.
