radio and windshield wipers not working

My radio and windshield wipers both went out, I changed the fuses out and still got nothing. When I tested it some fuses just weren’t giving power at all.

Hello,

This feed is straight off of the ignition switch which is fed by fuse #4 in the fuse panel under the hood. here is a guide to help test for power and the fuse location in the diagrams below:
