The heater stopped blowing so I lifted up the fuse and I pulled the one that's screwed in, and it says the 30 amp. is that what the problem is?

That is hard to say I would test the fuse first to see if it is good and then check the blower motor form power and ground, you could have a bad blower motor which goes out more often. There is a 30-amp fuse that runs the blower motor yes. Please go over these two guides to help:
