My cigarette lighter has not worked in some time. I decided the other day to try and track down the fuse to replace it. I did not think I moved any others. After that my clock and tripometer would reset every time I start the car. I figured out that fuse but now my car will start but the gear shifter and button will not move. Traction control light was on as well.

Did you remove any other fuses besides the cigarette fuse? It sounds like the battery could be causing the issue. Here is a guide to help you load test the battery:

Please run down this guide and report back.
