Fuse #33 keeps blowing while I am driving down the road took it to the shop and they said it needs a new battery. I put a new battery in but my fuse still keeps blowing what can I do to fix this?

What model Chrysler they all are wired different so we can check what it is

That circuit feeds the power to the pcm as well as cooling fans it looks like and asd relay. Try another relay and see if that cures it or look for a red wire chafed in harness or rubbed through someplace. If you can see if cooling fan comes on when fuse blows it can be the fan is drawing to many amps or something like that. This should be checked out by a mechanic however as it's a short in system. You might also check cooling fans for an obstruction not allowing them to turn which would blow the fuse as well.
